For me, this means keeping quick sketches of daily life that’s interesting to me. Most recently, I took advantage of the complimentary NYC museum passes that came with my New York Times corporate ID.











Studies in Surrealism
During a fully-funded fellowship at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I studied surrealism through research and lectures, created art inspired by the movement, and discovered that art is a medium to continue the human narrative by blending personal vision with historical influence.
